Devi believes both professional performance and personal wellness are integral to success. A joyful life comes from being successful professionally and taking care of ourselves personally. With over twenty years of experience as an operations leader, change management consultant, and executive coach, Devi understands the complexities and challenges faced by leaders. She works with executives to make their greatest impact by aligning everything we do personally and professionally toward our passions and unique purpose. As a result, Devi is known for supporting her clients’ ability to increase their focus, drive simplicity and guide clarity for better decision making.
Devi has an extensive corporate background. At Cisco, she was an HR Business Partner and Operations Leader. Most recently Devi led the Global People Services team at Xilinx. With expertise as Professional Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation and a Certified Practitioner in Team Coaching through the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, Devi has worked with diverse leaders globally to accomplish noteworthy goals. She brings additional knowledge to her coaching services as a trained and certified instructor in mindfulness, meditation, and yoga.
Devi serves as a member of the Executive Coaching Practice at FranklinCovey, empowering executives to navigate complex challenges and achieve substantial business results.
