Gail Berger is a Clinical Professor at Northwestern University in the Kellogg School of Management. She is also the Deputy Director of the Center for Executive Women. Gail focuses on the design and development of programs to propel the professional growth of women leaders. Most recently she launched Kellogg Women’s Forums for alumnae. She has taught MBA students and executives across over 75 different programs and classes.

Gail has over 20 years of experience working in a variety of sectors and industries. She has extensive experience with the design, development, and implementation of leadership programs for clients that have harnessed coaching as a cornerstone for program success. As an executive coach Gail has worked with clients to foster leadership capacity, manage key stakeholder relationships, build collaborations that are grounded in a foundation of trust and respect, delegate more effectively, and develop executive presence.

Finally, Gail’s consulting experience includes performing executive assessments for selection, succession, and development purposes. She collaborates with clients to assess key talent and helps people to evaluate career transitions and inflection points.
