Henry Lescault has over 10 years of experience as a senior coach and consultant with FranklinCovey. He coaches a variety of clients, in both the public and private sectors, at all organizational levels (C-Suite, Senior Leadership, First Line Leaders and Staff Level employees) and has worked effectively with executives and clients from assorted Fortune 500 companies, the Federal Government, and the United States Armed Forces.
Henry thoroughly enjoys coaching in the moment to help his clients figure out and achieve their absolute best “end in mind.” He has received many accolades and appreciations for his sincere, holistic and tenacious approach to coaching. His ability to partner with clients in order to boost their productivity, leadership ability, communication skills, stress management, work life balance and overall effectiveness is rivaled only by his commitment to put each client’s needs first.
Business and Career Background
Henry is a 35-year law enforcement veteran, and a retired Special Agent with the United States Department of Justice. Throughout his career, Henry has served as a trainer, counselor, workplace conflict mediator (professional ombudsman) and a senior leader, leading teams in a multitude of administrative, financial and operational environments. Henry is also trained by the National Academy of Sports Medicine and is an experienced health coach and personal trainer who doesn’t know the meaning of the word impossible. Clients can count on him bringing this tenacity and “never quit” attitude to their aid in every session.
Henry is a U.S. Coast Guard veteran who served his country for 11 years, part of which was during the Desert Storm campaign. It is through these vast and diverse life experiences, that he has become an expert in the criticality of great teamwork and the art of “showing up” with confidence and presence. He has taken his unique and proven methods of fostering teamwork and unit esprit de corps and fashioned them into a rare and exceptional coaching experience. He applies diverse and time-tested techniques, coupled with humor and an energetic, stress free experience, to successfully motivate and empower his clients.
Education and Certifications
Henry holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology, a Master of Science in Executive Coaching, a certificate in Leadership Coaching and Facilitation from Georgetown University, and certifications in all FranklinCovey assessments. He is also certified to administer and interpret the Hogan assessment, Myers-Briggs, Clifton StrengthsFinder, EQ-i 2.0, and Daniel Goleman’s Emotional Social Competency Inventory.
