Henry has over 15 years of experience coaching a variety of clients, in both the public and private sectors, at all organizational levels (C-Suite, Senior Leadership, First Line Leaders and Staff Level employees). Henry has never fallen short of helping his clients achieve results, and as an experienced leader and coach, has worked effectively with executives and clients from assorted public and private companies, the Federal Government, Law Enforcement, and the United States Armed Forces.
Henry blends a variety of coaching styles (Holistic, Transformational, Developmental etc.) into his repertoire, to effectively match the needs of his clients. With the conviction that all people are whole, capable individuals, and that true change comes from within, Henry helps his coaching clients transform who they are from the inside out (Attitudes, Expectations, Beliefs, Self-Awareness). His goal is to help his clients achieve inward transformation, ultimately leading to outward behavioral change.
Henry’s empathic and caring approach toward coaching, ensures an atmosphere of trust and safety for his clients, all while fostering a dynamic and productive relationship based on achieving the results necessary for them to meet and exceed their objectives.
