Ken Deemer
Coaching and Consulting Experience
With over 30 years of experience advising CEOs and leaders, Ken Deemer has served as an executive coach to both individuals and organizations for the past 10 years. Ken specializes in working with leaders who are facing a new challenge or wanting to make a greater impact. He is also experienced in working with teams who are striving for breakthrough results.
Past coaching assignments have included coaching the CEO of a rapidly growing organization, helping him hire a new CEO, and assisting in his transition to Executive Chairman. Ken then went on to coach both the former and current CEO, as well as the senior management team. Additionally, Ken has worked with many mid-career executives as they stepped into new roles and took on greater leadership responsibilities. He has also coached teams through setting goals and executing to achieve superior results.
Ken brings a combination of business, leadership, and coaching experience to his clients. He begins by helping them understand how others see them, through formal assessments and a 360 stakeholder evaluation. This leads to clarifying their goals and the obstacles preventing them from achieving them. Together, they work on strategies, mindsets and practices to create and sustain lasting change.
