Patrick Donadio has trained and coached two generations of leaders and their organizations to use his proven six-step IMPACT© process to communicate clearly, lead effectively, present powerfully, listen intently, and shift mindsets to achieve greater results. He is one of a few select individuals in the world to earn the highest designations in both the speaking and coaching professions: Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) and Master Certified Coach (MCC).

Patrick has extensive experience working with C-suite executives, senior leaders, and their teams at Fortune 500 companies and associations in a variety of industries. Patrick’s years of experience as a national and international keynote speaker and trainer enable him to create customized, results-driven programs that help his clients make a greater IMPACT and achieve meaningful results.

He has taught executive education at the Weatherhead School, the John Glenn School of Public Affairs, Notre Dame University, and the University of Dayton.
