Stefanie Harris is an executive coach, consultant and business leader with over 20 years of experience in helping individuals, teams and organizations achieve business objectives and optimal performance levels. Throughout her career, Stefanie has worked as an advisor and coach with all levels of management (Manager to C-Suite) and high potentials. She is known for her ability to quickly connect with people, navigate change, and work with a diverse group of personalities and teams.
Stefanie’s strength as a coach is centered on her ability to partner with leaders – learning about the work they do and the teams they manage, while gaining a holistic view of who they are, to help define the path forward. This partnership is foundational to her coaching approach. She is also known for her direct and honest communication style – striking the right balance between challenge and support of her clients, to help graciously push individuals and teams through any moments of “stuckness” or discomfort.
Business and Career Background
Prior to starting her own business, Stefanie held progressive HR management positions as a senior level business partner and learning and development practitioner, most recently at Sirius XM. Her past experience includes developing and facilitating internal executive coaching programs as well as managing talent acquisition, learning and development and HR Business Partner teams. In addition, Stefanie has managed and led high potential and executive level offsites, acting as facilitator, program manager and executive coach.
Stefanie has in-depth experience working at publicly traded companies within the technology and media industries, and additional background working within the legal and pharmaceutical industries. She has successfully coached leaders across most cross-functional disciplines.
Education and Certifications
Stefanie’s background has shaped her approach in business through a diverse mix of creativity and keen business acumen. She is a graduate of New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts (BFA) and Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business (MBA). She is certified in various psychometric and 360 Feedback instruments (Hogan, NBI, MBTI, TDS and LVI), received an executive coaching certification from Columbia University, and is a certified coach and member of ICF.
