Stefanie Harris, MBA, PCC

Stefanie is an accomplished business leader, organization consultant and executive coach with over twenty years of experience helping high-achieving individuals, teams, and organizations attain business objectives and optimal performance. Prior to consulting, she served as Senior Vice President of People and Culture at SiriusXM, managing strategic human resources, organization development, and high potential and executive level coaching. Stefanie was also a senior leader at PanAmSat, where she implemented a global training and development function.

Throughout her career, Stefanie has sharpened her ability to quickly connect with people, navigate change, and work with challenging and diverse teams. She possesses in-depth experience in technology and media, as well as in the private equity, retail, and legal industries.

Stefanie’s coaching centers on creating partnerships with even the boldest and most decisive of leaders, gaining a holistic view of who they are to help define the path forward. She is aided by her direct and honest communication style, striking a balance between challenging and supporting her clients, to graciously push individuals and teams through moments of “stuckness” or discomfort.
