Kristie Wdowiak
Kristie Wdowiak comes to FranklinCovey with an extensive 28 years of professional experience working for PepsiCo.
She brings a good blend of people first leadership, coupled with getting results the right way. As a college hire, she was given a leadership role with the frontline on the factory floor. Kristie quickly learned that her passion was in developing people, to help them meet their full potential, regardless of title. Throughout her career, Kristie was certified in Facilitation Skills, Continuous Improvement methods, Lean Six Sigma Kaizen Leader, led Autonomous Maintenance, and attended numerous leadership programs. She ascended through various leadership roles to include Finance Manager, Director roles for Manufacturing and leading her own site, HQ roles supporting strategy and customer, and led the West Region Field Supply Chain as a Vice President, achieving the highest award for team performance.
Kristie fully understands the value that comes with engaging people in the business, making it personal, and how critical that is to fulfillment for the individual and changing a business result which is critical to supporting the FranklinCovey mission. She has developed and worked across numerous teams and locations in the US. Kristie is originally from northeastern PA but has called Southern California home most of her adult life.
