Nnenna Ozobia
Nnenna’s (she/her) background spans over two decades of domestic and overseas work and has included partnerships with stakeholders in grassroots movements, nonprofits, federal, state, and local government, higher education, healthcare, and technology.
She has led Strive/FranklinCovey engagements for GitHub, Checkr, Peerspace, and Foursquare and is the founder of The BIPOC Leader, a coaching practice supporting racialized groups in drawing on personal power, ancestral wisdom, and collective support to thrive in the workplace and beyond.
Previously, Nnenna served on the senior leadership team for Coro Northern California (an 80-year old leadership development organization) and was the lead trainer and coach for the University of California Women’s Initiative for Professional Development, the Federal Executive Board, and the Water Solutions Network. Nnenna has also served in managerial roles focused on organizational development and inclusive, clinical research and has worked in global development to mobilize millions of dollars to advance human rights.
