Andreas is a Senior Consultant, Executive Coach and Facilitator with 20 years business experience in various management positions in international companies with a focus in operations and strategic management.
Within the FranklinCovey business, he specializes in adapting FranklinCovey programs for the senior management of companies in the European Region. His expertise includes supporting executive management teams in developing state of the art leadership styles in today’s knowledge-worker and customer focused age. Drawing on his experience as a former executive and his knowledge in training, Andreas has the right personality and skills to create and implement holistic solutions with clients from a variety of industries.
Business and Career Background
Andreas spent 10 years with EDS, a leading global IT- outsourcing specialist (now HP) where he worked as an account and project manager for large implementation projects in the automotive and IT industries. He continued his career as an executive director of AVL List GmbH in Graz, Austria, where he was responsible for Organizational Development and Strategic IT-Management.
From 2002 to 2015, Andreas worked as a freelance consultant focusing on effective organizational development “from Good to Great”. In addition to this, he publishes articles and facilitates conferences about effective management or knowledge management.
Andreas led several merger & acquisition projects as an external project leader for Cirquent (now NTT Data) and the French ALTRAN Group (diverse internal mergers of independent companies). Since 2015 he has been leading the Execution Practice for FranklinCovey GSA, helping clients to close their most important execution gaps together with a highly experienced consulting team.
Education and Certification
Andreas holds a Masters degree in engineering (Diplom-Ingenieur). He is fluent in German and English and is one of the most experienced facilitators and consultants within the FranklinCovey team. He is a certified FranklinCovey trainer for various programs, such as the “7 Habits of Highly Effective People”, “7 Habits for Managers”, “Leadership: Great Leaders, great teams, great results”, the “4 Disciplines of Execution”, “Leading at the Speed of Trust”, “Helping Clients Succeed” and “Project Management Essentials”. He is also co-author for the German editions of the business bestsellers “the 4 Disciplines of Execution” by Chris McChesney and “Unlocking Potential” by Michael K. Simpson.
