Gail has over 15 years of experience working in a variety of sectors (private, non-profit, and public) and industries (consumer product goods, engineering, financial, insurance, hospitality, healthcare, and professional services). She is very experienced with the design, development and implementation of team development programs for clients that have harnessed coaching as a cornerstone for program success. Gail has worked with clients to foster leadership capacity by accelerating the emergence of core leadership competencies like conflict management, delegation andemotional intelligence. She also works with clients to assess key talent and help individuals and organizations evaluate career transitions and inflection points. She coaches clients to manage key stakeholder relationships more effectively and build effective collaborations that are grounded in a foundation of trust and mutual respect. She excels in developing and changing organizational culture to enhance individual and team performance and impact organizational outcomes.
Business and Career Background
Gail started her career with Ruda Cohen and Associates as a Management Consultant where she developed and facilitated workshops in the areas of negotiation and conflict resolution, talent assessment, employee engagement, customer relations, team dynamics and communication. She created and implemented leadership and talent development programs and performed executive assessments for selection, succession, and development purposes. She also had the opportunity to design surveys for 360 evaluations while coaching teams and individuals to help them achieve development goals and objectives
For many years, Gail has worked with clients to analyze and synthesize data from behavioral interviews and psychometric tests to provide senior executives with strategic advice to make critical talent management decisions. She has also partnered with clients to assess leadership development needs using tools such as interviews, psychometrics and 360 reports to enlighten the creation of comprehensive leadership reports and development plans that inform coaching goals and objectives. Being involved in the creation and analysis of these reports helps Gail coach executives to actualize their plan to become more impactful leaders. Additionally, Gail created a technology solution for goal setting and feedback enabling leaders to receive ongoing feedback related to their development goals
Education and Certifications
Gail received a B.A./B.S in Psychology and Elementary Education from Boston University and went on to receive her M.Ed. in Administration and Supervision from Loyola University. Later, Gail received a Ph.D. from Northwestern University in Management and Organizations. She holds several certifications, including Korn Ferry Voices 360, Hogan, Devine, and is certified in Executive Coach Training.
