Helle is passionate about helping leaders and teams in finding and cultivating their strengths and developing areas of competencies that can support them in reaching their goals. The energy, curiosity, insight, and style she brings to the clients enable them to fully engage in the coaching conversation to become more aware of their current approach and to identify new competencies and strategies for growing their skills to become more successful and satisfied. Building a structure around a development plan with desired outcomes is a crucial part of a successful coaching program.

Helle brings more than 20 years of international experience working with leadership development and executive coaching. Before becoming a full-time executive coach Helle was heading up the Leadership Academy at a global engineering, architecture and consultancy company based in Europe.

• Certified Integral Coach, New Ventures West Coaching (an accredited Coach Training Program through the international Coaching Federation)
• Certified in formal assessment tools including Emotional Intelligence (EQi) and EQ 360 feedback, Hogan Suite of Assessments and MBTI
