Deb Hauck

She supports leaders committed to developing cultures that get stellar, sustainable results. She excels at coaching, facilitating groups, and working with intact teams. Although the majority of the clients she works with are senior leaders, she is known for her ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization. Deb facilitates work sessions and coaches leaders in several sectors including Energy and Healthcare. Over half of her clients are Public Sector and she works with all four branches of the military.

She is known as a trainer’s trainer, often developing the capacity of internal facilitators to increase their effectiveness. She is frequently called on to develop and customize leadership curriculum. A significant amount of Deb’s work is international. She is a frequent member of FranklinCovey’s President’s Club, which honors the highest performing consultants.
