University of North Texas

The University of North Texas’s Department of Residence Life has partnered with FranklinCovey to offer their staff professional development to both strengthen skills and increase engagement. Their first initiative, a deep dive into Unconscious Bias in both English and Spanish, was led by a FranklinCovey Senior Consultant, who himself is a UNT alumnus.

Indiana University

Indiana University’s Master of Science in Healthcare Management (MSHM) program engages with FranklinCovey to ensure their graduates develop strong, relevant, and modern leadership skills to gain a competitive edge in today’s job market. In addition to the MSHM curriculum, all students take a series of FranklinCovey programs and showcase their knowledge by peer teaching the content within the program.

Utah State University

Utah State University has developed a leadership development framework to help its leaders gain critical capacities and has partnered with FranklinCovey to help teach and build foundational leadership skills. It also uses FranklinCovey’s student success solutions to help its students reach their full potential.

University of New Mexico

The University of New Mexico has developed a strategic learning and development plan using a cohort model. It will be using a variety of FranklinCovey’s leadership and productivity courses to help improve the performance of its people, which will in turn drive the performance of the institution.

Stanford University

The Stanford Manager Academy helps leaders develop fundamental managerial practices by tapping into team members’ potential–increasing engagement, improving productivity, embracing diversity, and establishing a culture of trust. In partnership with FranklinCovey, Stanford uses the All Access Pass^® for a 360-degree assessment and world-class content that develops the character, mindset, skill set, and behaviors leaders need to inspire their teams and deliver exceptional results.

Ivy Tech Community College

Ivy Tech Community College is Indiana’s largest public postsecondary institution, with 19 campuses serving the diverse communities across the state. In January 2022, Ivy Tech began the journey of launching 4DX at each campus. Currently, 5 of the 19 campuses are fully implemented, with the others in various stages of implementation.

Ivy Tech’s primary WIG is focused on increasing the 8-week term to 8-week term student retention, and as the most recent term came to a close, Ivy Tech saw a 5% increase compared to last year. This was almost 3% over the target goal. Ivy Tech President Ellspermann applauded the team’s work, noting, “We have many people on our teams working to improve retention across the college outside of 4DX. However, there is no doubt that the work through 4DX is ‘shining a light’ on ‘a wildly important goal’ that is moving the needle!
